Request the due-diligence pack and a 30-minute briefing
Civic Shield is not asking for a donation — it cannot properly receive one yet. It is asking for a conversation with the people who fund, partner with or scrutinise work of this kind, and it will hand over its documentation first.
Who is getting in touch
The selector routes the enquiry and decides what you are sent. Everything else on the form is optional except a way to reply to you.
What the due-diligence pack contains
- The governance model, including the board and ethics structures that are planned.
- The safeguards: public sources only, human review, the treatment of legitimate criticism, data protection commitments.
- The method in full, including the evidence schema and the review workflow.
- The financial model and its assumptions — which is where budget questions belong, and why no figures appear on this site.
- The open questions. The pack states what is unresolved, including the decisions this website is currently written around.
The briefing is 30 minutes with the founding team, and it is not a pitch meeting. The most useful version of it is the one where the method gets taken apart.
Other routes
To be completed before launch
Public email address. None is published. A personal address must never be the public contact for this organisation, and no organisational domain has been registered yet. An address at the organisational domain is published here on the day it exists.
Postal address. Pending the German service address required for the entity and for the imprint.
Press. Until the routed inbox exists, there is no press contact and no press office. Nothing about Civic Shield should be attributed to a spokesperson, because there is not one.
Security reporting. A security.txt and a disclosure address
are published with the organisational domain.
Read the privacy note before sending anything you would not want held in a system that is still being built.
