- None. Civic Shield is a project in formation and is not a registered legal entity in any jurisdiction. It is not a company, an association or a foundation, and it holds no charitable or public-benefit status anywhere.
Until an entity is registered, the named person above is personally responsible for the content of this site. No representation is made that Civic Shield is an incorporated body, and nothing on this site should be read as implying that it is.

The full name of the provider. With no registered entity this must be a natural person, named in full. Once an entity exists, this becomes the entity’s registered name together with its legal form and its authorised representatives.
Interim position: a named natural person is given above, which is what the law requires while no entity exists. Blocked on: entity formation, after which this becomes the entity’s registered name, legal form and authorised representatives.
TODO 2 — Physical delivery address
A postal address at which documents can be served. A post-office box is not sufficient. The registered seat of a German entity must be in Germany, and no founder is resident there.
Blocked on: a German service address or c/o arrangement, or a lawyer’s address. Requires professional advice before it is chosen.

A monitored email address permitting direct electronic contact. A contact form does not satisfy this requirement. It must not be a personal address on a consumer mail service.
Answered: info@civicshieldai.org, on the organisation’s own domain and monitored. This replaces the consumer mail address used during setup.

Register court and registration number, once the entity is entered in a commercial or associations register. Not applicable today, and must not be implied.
